Description
Black steel pipe is a longitudinally welded round steel tube with no zinc or paint coating. It welds easily, can be cut and bent without difficulty and is economical, so it is used for both structural and service work.
Typical uses include structural members, railings and handrails, fence and greenhouse posts, machine frames, and heating and general service lines. Pipe used outdoors should be protected with primer and paint after installation.
