Description
Threaded rod, also called studding, is a steel fastener with a metric thread along its full length. Used with nuts and washers, it joins two components or carries a suspended load, and it can be cut to the required length on site. The galvanized coating protects it against corrosion.
It is used in chemical and mechanical anchors, suspended ceiling and services hangers, steel structure connections and formwork. Select the diameter according to the load and the anchor type.
In the Kemer Demir store, galvanized threaded rods are kept in bundles labelled by diameter, from M8 to M22. They can be bought wholesale or retail together with matching nuts, washers and anchors.
